Once you have purchased a package from Liberty business services, we will send  you an online link showing suggestions for the  “look and feel” of the website, colours, image
 etc. for you to decide if it is what you want. Once we have agreed on the layout, we can  start completing the pages from the information gathered  from you initially.
At all stages of the development you can view the progress, and let us have feedback to make sure we are on the right track.

As much as possible!  More information from you means a more detailed,   comprehensive website which is more attractive to potential customers.   Depending on your business type, this could be anything from menus, lists of services, products  sold or areas covered. Background information of your company is vital, as are good quality images.

Though it is rare, sometimes customers don’t agree with the design  choices we make while creating their websites. This is the purpose of the initial  review and agreement on the €”look and feel”  before the details is  inserted. e-Commerce sites can be of any size and will be created with your product range in

We’ll make small changes free of charge for the first year.

After that, if you require updates to your site, such as menu changes or booking  availabilities, or even something as simple as a new phone number, send  us an email to  enquiries@libertybs.co.uk detailing the website name and the change you require.  Any small changes will be made within one day of receiving them.   If the changes are larger we’ll get back to you with any cost.

Sometimes your computer may not automatically refresh the website. Press F5 on  your keyboard, or the refresh button on your browser, and the  updated  website will be downloaded.

Purchasing an FTP account or a CMS website option are both methods which allow  you to make changes to your own website. CMS websites allow you to  change content through your internet browser, while FTP accounts allow  access to the code for more technically minded customers. We find that  most of our clients use a PDF document for constantly changing items (eg weekly menus).

Google uses very complicated algorithms to choose which sites to  display. New sites and small sites take longer to show up without SEO. When we put  the website live we also tell Google (and other search engines) that we  have done this and in due course they will pick it up.

SEO encapsulates a wide range of methods for  improving your positions with Google and other search engines. Simply  put, we will adjust your website and can carry out work in other areas  of the  internet (such as social media and business directories) to give your  site greater exposure on the internet and make it more favourable to Google and other search engines.
We do not offer Search  Engine Optimisation directly, as we find our clients do not normally  wish to outlay the cost of doing this.  Should you wish to, we have  partner companies that can do this.

Each key phrase needs to specific to your business and area, and should  match what you expect customers to type in to Google to find your  business. For example, €˜plumber in cardiff”,  “beauty salons in swansea”.   When we put the website live we automatically input all  relevant keywords for search engines to pick up. However, it is not  simply Keywords!  Search engines also look at the content of the pages  in determining ranking, as well as other factors such as links to your  site from other websites.

Email account details will be sent to you when the website goes live,  together with instructions how to access them. We can also guide you to  setting it up on your smartphone and Microsoft Outlook.
